Getting started
Create a workspace, connect your first channel and answer a message in under ten minutes.
Ritmo brings WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok and your website chat into one inbox. This guide takes you from an empty workspace to a first reply.
1. Create your workspace
Sign up with your work email. You will be asked to verify it with a code, then to name your workspace. The name becomes your workspace address, which is how your agents sign in.
2. Connect a channel
Open Channels and pick a platform. WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram connect through Meta, so you will be redirected to log in with the Facebook account that manages your business. Telegram asks for a bot token instead, which you get from BotFather in about a minute.
3. Send a test message
Message your own number or page from a personal account. The conversation appears in the Inbox in real time, and you can reply straight from there.
4. Invite your team
Add agents from Team in Settings. Each agent signs in with your workspace address and gets only the conversations they are allowed to see.
