Questions people ask before signing up
Are all channels included in every plan?
Yes. WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok and the website widget work on every plan, including the free one. Plans differ in how many channels you can connect at once, not in which ones you get.
Is there a free trial?
There is a free plan rather than a trial, so it does not expire. It covers 500 messages a month, two seats and one channel, which is enough to run a small business properly before you pay anything.
How do I pay?
By card through Kashier, in Egyptian pounds. You are charged monthly and can change plan at any time; upgrading takes effect immediately.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Sending stops and you are told which limit you reached, with a link to upgrade. Nothing is deleted and incoming messages keep arriving, so no customer is lost while you decide.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your workspace stays open until the end of the period you paid for, then drops to the free plan. Your conversations and contacts stay where they are.
