Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 August 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Ritmo, an omnichannel customer-messaging platform operated by Ritm Digital Solutions. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.
The service
Ritmo lets you connect messaging accounts you already own — WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, and a website chat widget — and manage the resulting conversations from a shared inbox, optionally with automated conversation flows.
Ritmo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta Platforms or TikTok. Your use of those channels remains subject to their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside our control.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything done under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
Plans and billing
Ritmo offers a free tier with usage limits — currently 500 messages per calendar month, 2 team members, and 1 bot per workspace. Reaching the message limit pauses outgoing replies until the following month or until you upgrade; incoming messages continue to be received so that you do not lose customer enquiries.
Paid plans are arranged directly with us. Limits and prices may change, and we will give notice before a change affects an existing paid account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Ritmo to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages to people who have not opted in.
- Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other workspaces, or any connected account.
- Interfere with or place unreasonable load on the service, or circumvent plan limits.
- Violate the terms of any connected platform, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with notice where practical.
Your data and your customers' data
You retain ownership of the content you and your customers send through Ritmo. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to operate the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your customers' data, and for honouring their privacy rights. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep Ritmo available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for outages or policy changes on connected platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritm Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, for free-tier accounts, to zero.
Termination
You may stop using Ritmo and request deletion of your workspace at any time — see the data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, for prolonged inactivity, or if required by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use Ritmo after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
